Randstad is currently working with a Manufacturing company that produces electrical connection and protection products.. They are currently hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians at their facility in Solon, OH. If you are looking for a position that offers a stable work environment with the opportunity for overtime then this is the position for you.

 

Pay Rate and Shift:

• $25 - $33/HR Depending on experience.
• 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic preventative maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Basic troubleshooting, modification, and repair of production machinery and equipment.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair as required.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineering with process or equipment improvements.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with Tool and Die, Engineering, Supervisors and outside vendors regarding projects and repair problems.
• Ability to fabricate, weld, or machine parts as required is preferred.
• Perform a sequence of work to install, repair, and maintain a wide variety of production and building equipment.
• Perform basic work on interior and exterior building/facilities equipment such as air compressors, HVAC units, lighting/fans and restroom facilities.
• Move and install large machinery.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, schematics, maintenance work orders, or manufacturers manuals.
• Use basic hand and power tools, machine tools, and precision measuring equipment.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 years’ of experience in Maintenance within an Industrial or Manufacturing Environment.
• PLC/Stamping Press Controls knowledge a plus.
