Job Description

• Oversee daily field operations on ground-up multifamily and municipal construction projects
• Manage subcontractor activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate trade sequencing
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and project specifications
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, manpower, and workflow planning
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation
• Partner closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners to ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily and/or municipal projects
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on active job sites
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with construction management software preferred
