Job Summary: We are representing a role supporting a large-scale warehouse systems implementation and looking for a candidate who can help ensure warehouse business requirements are met without disruption. Our team is seeking someone who can bring strong warehouse knowledge, SAP experience, and practical project coordination skills to support testing, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities

• Support script testing in ALM and help validate warehouse business requirements during a system implementation.
• Collaborate with system architects, business process owners, and other stakeholders to support go-live readiness.
• Analyze system specifications and resolve warehouse issues documented in Jira.
• Assist with warehouse safety, compliance, productivity projects, data gathering, metric analysis, and general department project management tasks.
  

Required

• 5+ years of experience in GMP warehousing.
• Strong preference for experience in Pharma or Biotech, with on-the-floor warehouse experience in a cGMP environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse business processes and SAP experience, particularly in WM, SRM, and EWM.
• Experience administering test sets to support a system implementation, along with strong computer skills including MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work on a geographically dispersed project team in an FDA-regulated, cGMP environment.
