E-commerce Marketing Coordinator

Bullion Shark is seeking a creative, organized, and driven E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role will work directly under our Head of E-Commerce and play a key part in executing the daily marketing strategy for our e-commerce business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys digital marketing, creative development, social media, and e-commerce and wants hands-on experience across multiple areas of a fast-moving online business. Responsibilities Create and develop compelling creative assets for digital advertising campaigns , including concepts, graphics, promotional messaging, and ad variations. Plan, design, and schedule daily marketing promotions across our e-commerce channels. Manage social media creative and strategy , including developing content ideas, coordinating posts, and helping grow engagement across key platforms. Work closely with the Head of E-Commerce to execute daily marketing initiatives, promotions, campaigns, and projects . Assist with the development of email, SMS, website, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate marketing calendars to ensure promotions and creative assets are completed and launched on schedule. Develop new creative concepts and test different messaging, offers, and promotional approaches. Monitor marketing and e-commerce performance to identify opportunities to improve engagement, traffic, and sales. Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across advertising, social media, email, and the website. Stay current on e-commerce, digital advertising, social media, and creative trends. Assist the Head of E-Commerce with additional marketing projects and day-to-day responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Experience or strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, advertising, or social media marketing . Strong creative instincts with an eye for design, messaging, and promotional concepts. Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is preferred. Understanding of major social media platforms and what makes content perform. Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to take an idea from concept through execution. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where promotions and priorities can change quickly. A willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility within the e-commerce team.
