Office Operations Specialist Fully Remote

Position: Administrative Services Managers

Type: Contract

Compensation: $70$110/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 46 weeks

Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated office operations plans facilities and vendor management documents and records-management procedures for quality and accuracy.
Compare AI-generated responses based on operational soundness policy compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Review administrative scenarios involving budgeting procurement space planning support-services staffing and process improvement. Provide expert feedback.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have

4 years of experience as an Administrative Services Manager Office Manager Facilities Manager Administrative Director Business Operations Manager or another closely related administrative management role.
Experience planning directing or coordinating an organizations supportive services such as recordkeeping mail distribution facilities planning and maintenance procurement and other office support services.
Ability to commit 20 hours per week .
Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Legal

Task-based payment upon first task approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
