Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.36 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thu 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations calmly, document observations, and share details through appropriate reporting channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading and shipping areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity. Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries, following site access protocols and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Support daily operations by observing equipment areas, restricted spaces, and high‑traffic work zones for policy‑related issues, hazards, and maintenance concerns, then communicating findings according to procedures. Minimum Requirements A guard card/license is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
