Technology Architect Sr. Analyst

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the application's user interface for optimal usability. Conduct impact analyses to assess how business requirements affect system architecture. Participate in design, code, and test reviews to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards. Provide architecture quality assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing projects. Support technology solutioning, estimating, planning, and pricing activities for proposals. This role is remote

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Minimum 2+ years experience working with Amazon Connect. Minimum 2+ years experience working with AWS Lambda Administration. Minimum of 1 year of experience in one of the predominate contact center platforms, AWS, Genesys, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
