Legal Administrative Specialist

This position serves as a Case Litigation Management Specialist in the Criminal Division. Typical work assignments will include: Analyzes a variety of electronic materials by types, size, or format to determine time and resources needed to complete processing and/or to determine the next steps for its handling and management. Uses software tools to process voluminous electronic materials consistent with case requirements. Generates electronic discovery production from voluminous or complex files, where the production contains text, native, and load files in addition to Bates-numbered images with redactions, along with indices of discovery productions who can participate in conferences with opposing parties to discuss electronic discovery issues. Advises litigation teams on the most effective tools and formats to use in presenting electronic evidence in court or other proceedings, and presents exhibits during court proceedings using electronic presentation software.
