Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Estimated Length of Assignment: 06/15/2026 to 12/12/2026. The dates provided are only an estimate and not a guarantee.

Est. Pay Range: $21.30/hr. to $23.00/hr. all-inclusive on W2

Location: Seattle, WA 98104

Work Type: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (may vary, open hours are 8am-6pm)

Position Summary:

• The role will mainly focus on Production, with an opportunity to learn other roles such as patient outreach, intake, shipping, or prior auth.

Duties:

• This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc. providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
• Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of inventory.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service position with high volume call center, preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position.
• Active WA state Pharmacy Technician License in good standing is required.
• Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.

Education:

• Active WA state Pharmacy Technician License in good standing is required.
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
