A Weaver Audit Manager is a driven team player who provides excellent service to clients throughout all phases of the audit while developing, training and mentoring Associates and Senior Associates. An Audit Manager works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and firm administration activities. To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required: Bachelor’s degree in AccountingCPA required5+ years of experience in public accounting Experience working with multiple industry groups across the Commercial sector, that include manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, technology, media and telecommunications, and professional servicesAdditionally, the following qualifications are preferred: Master’s degree in Accounting or related fieldProven ability to manage, mentor and develop staffStrong relationship management and practice development skillsAbility to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clientsExperience with a variety of industries and types of audits Weaver Benefits: At Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people.
