Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide healthcare services in a home health setting, specifically serving patients across various locations within the region. The primary responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating patient care with other healthcare providers.
Work Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
Shift: Day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Weekend rotation required every 4th weekend
Holiday Requirements
Travelers are expected to work 2 of the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. If the contract spans only 2 of these holidays, working 1 holiday is required. Requests for time off during holidays should not exceed 1 holiday.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
Education: ASN or BSN
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory
Experience with OASIS documentation is required
Additional Information
Travel may be required across county lines for patient care as needed
The facility is tobacco and fragrance-free. Notify prior to application if there are any concerns
Ability to care for COVID patients may be required
Candidates will undergo a clinical assessment to determine their fit for this role. Upon passing the clinical screen, candidates will be submitted for a final decision by the hiring manager.
