Job Responsibilities: What you will do Review and audit open tractor inventories. Manage tractor/trailer monthly schedules to ensure equipment moves are completed. Keep fleet leaders/driver managers informed as to availability and location of trucks and trailers. Coordinate with the shop to have all new trucks prepped and available in a timely manner. Coordinate with the shop on out of service trucks. Prepare equipment reporting to terminals and leaders. Track repair progress by communicating with shop personnel. May assist with coordinating with suppliers as directed. Complete rebate requests for new equipment as directed. Maintain equipment titles and ensure files are correct and up to date. Handle insurance and registration for fleet vehicles. Facilitate equipment trades with shops, terminals and OEM. Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives. Qualifications: What you need to bring 1+ years experience in transportation industry required. Associates or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required. Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with shop personnel and vendors. Must be able to work well with others. Must be detail orientated. Must have great organizational skills. Must be knowledgeable of Office 365.
