Facilities Manager

Description Key Responsibilities Facility Operations & Team Leadership Lead and develop Facility Technicians and Maintenance personnel. Oversee daily facility operations and preventive maintenance programs. Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, elevators, life safety systems, generators, and building automation systems. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects. Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and building performance. Property Management Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial office, industrial, retail, medical office, and mixed-use properties. Serve as the primary contact for property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors. Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and capital improvement needs. Manage tenant service requests and ensure timely resolution. Prepare owner reports, operating budgets, and capital expenditure plans. Coordinate capital improvement projects from planning through completion. Oversee vendor procurement, contract administration, and compliance requirements. Support tenant retention through exceptional customer service and proactive property management. Requirements Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of commercial property management, facilities management, or building operations experience. Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Strong budgeting, project management, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
