Looking for caring individuals that are DSPs-Direct Support Professionals to work statewide to support adults with develepmenta disabilities. The ideal job candidate will be highly dependable and have a passion for helping those with physical and/or cognitive disabilities live a more fulfilled and rewarding life. Involve them in the community and help them feel part of society. Help individual and support positive relationships with people in their community. Create positive moments within their environment. Give back with positive attitude toward work and others. Protect the safety of the people you support by providing the level of supervision described in the person’s service plan Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent Valid driver’s license - No provisional licenses Prior experience in this field is preferred, but we offer paid training.
