Physical Therapist - PT

Job Description We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist - PT to join our team! You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life. We are a PT and OT staffing agency that contracts with Home Health Agencies and provide services throughout all of Broward County. This is a per diem independent contractor position in which you can choose which patients you want to accept based on areas of the county that you want to cover. You create your schedule and work as much or as little as you like. PT responsibilities include making the initial evaluation visit, re-evaluation visit and discharge or Oasis DC visit. Cases are followed by PTA’s. Responsibilities Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress Record and document patient care services Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care Qualifications Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field Ability to handle physical workload Ability to build rapport with patients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities Company Description We are a PT and OT staffing agency that contracts with Home Health Agencies and provide services throughout all of Broward County. #J-18808-Ljbffr
