The right candidate will be able to speak with a variety of individuals, work within Excel and able to handle a busy desk. • Take calls from customers and schedule appointments for technicians.
• Develop quotes for repairs.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Position Requirements:

• The ability to work from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm CST.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Able to speak with individuals at all levels.
• Able to organize and prioritize workload.
• A mechanical aptitude.
• Degree is strongly preferred.
