The Historic Virginian Hotel, built in 1911, has been serving up warm meals and Western hospitality for over a century. We’re looking for a Cook to join our kitchen team and help create hearty, delicious dishes that keep our guests coming back. What You’ll Be Doing: Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and quality. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen following food safety standards. Assist with prepping ingredients, managing inventory, and reducing food waste. Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service. Jump in where needed—this is a team effort! Who We’re Looking For: Prior cooking experience in a restaurant or café setting is highly preferred. A passion for creating great food and working in a fast-paced environment. A reliable, organized team player with good communication skills. Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, presentation, and timing.
