Los Tacos No.1 in Union, NJ is hiring a Tortilla Prep Specialist for full-time work on-site. You will prepare and cook tortillas, measure ingredients, and operate tortilla presses and griddles while ensuring quality and consistency.

This role requires attention to detail, basic food-safety knowledge, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Team-oriented environment with regular collaboration with cooks and taqueros to maintain smooth operations.
