What You’ll Do Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities. Lead a team, ensuring excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. Serve as a people leader, guiding, supporting and encouraging staff. Participate in continuous training and development as a role model for employee and guest experience. What You’ll Need 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience. Willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts). Availability to work holidays and weekends as needed. Caring attitude with dedication to hospitality. Valid driver’s license. Fluency in English. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $19.23 – $23.53 per hour.
