Restaurant Front of House Manager | Orange, CT
Great restaurant leadership doesn’t happen in the back office. It happens on the floor, during the rush, with a team that trusts you.
We are partnering with a highly respected, high-volume BBQ concept in Orange, CT, to find a Front of House Manager who understands what it takes to run a smooth, profitable shift while keeping the guest experience front and center. This is a brand built on strong core values, servant leadership, and a deep commitment to the community. They prepare scratch-made food daily and expect their leaders to bring genuine care and attention to detail to every interaction.
The Role
As the Front of House Manager, you set the pace for the shift. You are responsible for executing operational standards, driving team performance, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
- Lead the Floor: Direct daily operations with a hands-on, servant-leadership approach.
- Develop the Team: Coach, train, and retain a high-performing front-of-house staff.
- Protect the Standards: Ensure consistent service, cleanliness, and operational execution.
- Drive the Business: Support profitability through smart labor management and a focus on the guest experience.
