We are seeking a vibrant and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Chevy Chase Acura. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a critical role in creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their overall experience with us. The ideal candidate is not only comfortable and adept at operating computers but also possesses a warm, professional demeanor to greet and assist our customers both in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional greeting to all customers entering the showroom.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a polite, professional manner.
• Work closely with all departments, particularly the sales team, to ensure seamless customer service.
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
• Arrive on time and demonstrate consistent dependability.
• Adapt to changing conditions and provide assistance to others when needed.
• Manage administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with both clients and dealership personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Proficient in the use of company phone equipment and general computer systems.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Self-disciplined, able to work without constant supervision.
• Must present a professional appearance appropriate for the position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
