What You’ll Do: Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems, including: Water heaters (standard and tankless) Toilets, faucets, and shower valves Water filtration systems Sewer and drain systems Other general plumbing installation work What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of plumbing and/or sewer install experience (preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools Ability to read blueprints and follow job specs Solid problem‑solving skills and attention to detail A friendly attitude with top‑notch customer service Valid driver’s license and clean MVRMust be able to pass a background check and drug screen Pay: $70,000–$120,000/year + commission and bonus opportunities 401(k) with company matchMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid time offGreat team environment and positive company culture Why Cool Willy’s?
