- Work independently or as part of a team to install new garage doors, including hardware, tracks, springs, and other necessary components.
- Diagnose and repair issues with existing garage doors, such as broken springs, malfunctioning openers, or damaged panels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that installations are completed to the customer's satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Proven experience as a Garage Door Installer or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of garage door systems, including hardware, tracks, springs, and openers.
- Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
