Associate Attorney

New York, NY (Offices in NYC, Westchester, and Long Island) A highly regarded New York City defense firm is seeking an Associate to join its Medical Malpractice Defense practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney looking to develop sophisticated courtroom and case management experience within a well-established and collaborative practice. The ideal candidate will have: 1–3 years of litigation experience Strong familiarity with New York litigation practice and procedure Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills Experience handling depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and discovery matters is a plus Admission to the New York Bar required Prior medical malpractice experience is NOT required. The firm is open to attorneys coming from other litigation backgrounds who are eager to transition into this practice area and build long-term expertise.
