Full-Time Leasing Consultant The Leasing Consultant is responsible for being a great team member of this high-energy community with 260 apartment homes in Salem, NH. The role requires creating the greatest possible satisfaction and well‑being for all individuals associated with the community while staying consistent with the company’s goals and objectives. The Leasing Consultant works alongside the rest of the office by responding to telephone inquiries, interviewing prospective residents, conducting site tours, preparing and completing lease paperwork, and performing data entry. Primary Responsibilities Take a prospect from initial traffic to resident Maintain closing ratios Collect rental deposits Process all rental paperwork Ensure the property is kept in excellent condition Manage the property’s social media and coordinate resident events Build brand loyalty by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive What You Bring to Us A college degree (preferred but not required) 1–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred) Sales aptitude Sharp and professional appearance Must be able to work weekends What We Bring to You Competitive hourly compensation and additional bonus opportunities.
