Facility Operations Director Steward facilities and operational systems to ensure spaces are clean, functional, and distraction-free so teams and guests can fully engage in the mission and experience of the organization. We’re all in, because the church is best when every person is mobilized. Description Strategic Support: Partnering with leadership to align operational systems with organizational vision and growth. Facility Systems Oversight: Oversee budgets, preventative maintenance, repairs, daily space set‑up, teardown and cleanliness of facilities with excellence and wise stewardship. Safety & Preparedness: Build and maintain effective systems for security and emergency readiness. Vendor and contractor management: Manage relationships, contracts, scheduling and performance of external service providers.
