Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care Facility

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a Long-Term Care Facility in Clarksburg, WV . The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care, supporting residents' health and well-being, and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Shifts Available

• 12-Hour Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 12-Hour Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Work Schedule

• Flexible scheduling available
• Minimum of 3 shifts per week
• Must be available to work Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess resident conditions, documenting changes appropriately.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Respond effectively to resident needs and emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards.
