Supply Chain Analyst

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and supporting initiatives to improve back office productivity, lead-times, on-time deliveries, product availability, and inventory turnover. The responsibilities are as follows: Ensure the timely, accurate and cost effective delivery of goods to internal and external customers. Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Drive improvements in on-time delivery and lead-times to internal and external customers. Support inventory optimization to improve service levels and reduce working capital requirements. Streamline existing back-office operations and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure end-to-end supply chain master data quality. Provide first level support to internal customers for queries related to the supply chain. Implement new concepts and process controls for supply chain planning and production scheduling. Proactively identify deficiencies in supply chain performance and engage key stakeholders in driving short-term and long-term solutions. Manage and maintain supply chain performance metrics. Assist in adoption of standardized processes and enhancement of standard work. Other duties as assigned. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is a requirement. 3 - 5 years experience previous experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, and/or Planning. Must have Strong Analytical Skills Strong Process Improvement experience Strong change management, facilitation, and communication skills.
