Senior Product Manager

Flam is building the next generation of interactive media through its content format. We are an AI-native technology company transforming how brands and consumers interact through immersive, interactive content. Our technology enables rich, app-less experiences that can be launched instantly on smartphones, creating a fundamentally different way for brands to engage consumers. We are backed by leading investors and already work with some of the world's largest brands. We are now building Flicks, our interactive media format for the US market.

And this is where you come in.

We’re hiring our first Senior Product Manager in the US to take Flicks from 0→1.

This is not a traditional PM role. Flicks is still in its early stages, and you’ll work directly with the founders, CTO, engineering, design, marketing agencies and publishers to define the product, validate the market and build the roadmap from first principles.

What you'll do

• Own the 0→1 product journey for Flicks in the US.
• Identify high-value solutions across visual interfaces to make them interactive
• Define product strategy, roadmap, MVPs and success metrics.
• Work directly with customers to validate problems and solutions.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to ship, measure and iterate quickly.
• Establish the product processes and operating cadence as the US product organization scales.
• Balance product quality, speed and commercial outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 6–10+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI, MarTech, content platforms or publisher technology.
• Proven experience building and launching 0→1 products.
• Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and the role of content in the industry.
• Strong product sense, analytical thinking and technical fluency.
• Comfortable working with significant ambiguity and limited structure.
• High ownership, bias for action and willingness to go deep into the details.
• Experience building products for the US market is a strong plus.
