Job Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Supervisor of Stewards with strong leadership skills to join our team in Miami Beach. If you enjoy working closely with your team and maintaining the highest standards, we want you on board! Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate the Stewards team (kitchen and service area cleaning). Oversee daily operations to ensure kitchen and equipment cleanliness, disinfection, and organization. Actively participate in team tasks (be a leader who joins the work). Control inventory and efficient use of cleaning supplies. Ensure compliance with all hygiene and food safety standards. Requirements Proven previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role. Experience in stewarding/kitchen cleaning operations. Ability to lead and motivate an energetic and dynamic team. Flexible schedule availability (including weekends and nights, according to the operation). Being a proactive person with great attention to detail. Benefits Starting pay: $16 per hour. A stable position in a prestigious location in Miami Beach.
