ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my State Farm agency in 1985, and over the years, I've been fortunate to build a team of six talented and dedicated professionals who truly feel like family. Before becoming an agent, I worked at a radio station, where one of my advertising accounts happened to be a State Farm manager - he saw potential in me and encouraged me to make the leap into agency. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I have grown children and a love for staying active - in fact, I'll be walking the Honolulu Marathon next month! Our office is dog-friendly, and as a proud Goldendoodle enthusiast, I love having our team's office pup around to keep spirits high.

Community involvement is a huge part of who I am and what this agency stands for. I currently serve as President of the Rotary Club, sit on the local hospital board and foundation, and am an active Chamber of Commerce member. Our team also organizes community photo booths and stocks food shelves right from our parking lot to help local families in need.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Jolene Johannes - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
