Role Description This full-time, on-site Electrician role is based in Pensacola, FL. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in residential and commercial settings, following all applicable codes and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include wiring and rewiring, panel and outlet installation, diagnosing electrical issues, and performing routine inspections. The role also involves troubleshooting system failures, recommending solutions, documenting work performed, and communicating clearly with team members, homeowners, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Qualifications Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical work, including safe handling of electrical systems and components. Experience with maintenance & repair of residential and commercial electrical installations. Proficient in troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying root causes efficiently. Familiarity with basic electrical engineering concepts relevant to field installation and system performance. Valid electrician license or certification for Florida, and thorough understanding of local electrical codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation. Commitment to safety practices, use of proper PPE, and adherence to company and regulatory standards. Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work both independently and as part of a crew. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training program is preferred.
