Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team for a position that requires strong experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) along with specialized training in oncology. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for patient care and have the necessary certifications to administer chemotherapy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
Administer chemotherapy treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in their condition.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and care procedures.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

Qualifications

Experience working in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting.
Oncology training or experience is highly preferred.
Current chemotherapy certification is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

This position is for the first shift and requires 12-hour shifts to provide consistent patient care.
