Senior Financial Analyst (Administrative) CRH's Americas Materials division is the leading integrated supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready mixed concrete and paving and construction services in North America. Position Overview The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Corporate Finance team by developing, analyzing, and maintaining financial reporting and key metrics for leadership. Key Responsibilities Maintain and administer capital expenditure tracking processes Analyze monthly management accounts and financial reporting (US GAAP & IFRS) Perform month-end close activities Communicate with business unit leaders on financial matters Support audit requests Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses for management Partner with FP&A on forecasts and budgets Research and resolve complex business issues Identify process improvements and automation opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3+ years of relevant experience CPA or pursuing CPA preferred Manufacturing/operations experience preferred Skills Strong financial and analytical skills Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Experience with Hyperion or Oracle EPM (preferred) Strong communication and organizational abilities Work Environment Office-based role May require extended hours and travel What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
