Foreclosure Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Foreclosure Attorney in Dallas, TX. The role involves managing a caseload of foreclosure, title, and litigation matters for banks, investors, mortgage servicers, and other creditors. Duties Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on foreclosure procedures, documents, and local filing requirements. Review and analyze client documents, loan documents, title searches, and pleadings. Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, objections, and other legal documents. Attend hearings, settlement conferences, and other required appearances. Communicate case statuses and developments to clients via email and phone. Respond promptly to communications from various stakeholders. Escalate matters when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills. Effective organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage priorities in a high-volume environment. Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. Must be a self‑starter. Education J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Licensed and in good standing in Texas, Oklahoma, or Missouri; additional state licenses are a plus. Skills Competency with Microsoft Office Suite. 2-5 years of litigation experience; experience with secured creditors is a plus. Knowledge of BKFS LoanSphere Default, Sagent Tempo, etc., is a plus.
