Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join the team and represent injured workers. Experience in workers' compensation, personal injury, or employment law is a plus, with training provided.
- Represent clients in litigation matters involving injured workers.
- Manage cases and legal matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
- Advocate for clients through negotiations, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case-related documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide effective, client-focused representation.
- Strong litigation background in workers' compensation, personal injury, employment law, or a related practice area.
- Workers' compensation experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong legal research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to helping clients and achieving favorable outcomes.
- Must have an assigned bar number or an assigned date to be sworn in.
