Assisted Living LPN SupervisorFull Time or Part Time | Days, Evenings, or Nights | Pay: $27-$33/hour (based on experience & shift differentials)Pool/PRN | $30/hour on Weekdays and $32/hour on WeekendsThe Village at LifeQuest is located in Quakertown, PA. We are a top-rated, cutting-edge family of facilities offering quality personal and health care services ranging from infant care through senior care.LifeQuest offers our Assisted Living LPN Supervisor:Comprehensive medical and dental benefits Tuition and Educational ReimbursementGenerous PTO starting with 16 days your first year (includes 6 holidays)Day off for your Birthday!Employee Referral BonusesPrinciple retirement plan with employer matchMonthly Employee Appreciation TreatsDiscounts for onsite Daycare at 3 of our sites!Full time employees receive 75% off 1st child. 50% off each additional childPart time employees receive 50% off 1st child. 25% off each additional childWhat will I do as an Assisted Living LPN Supervisor?Administer medications (when needed)Communicate with doctors and family membersDirectly supervise employees including provide direction, facilitate communication between shifts, and assign caregiving dutiesDemonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of residents and their familiesProvide daily assessment of "at risk" residents to ensure health needs are being metAssist the Resident Care Director with ensuring that all medications are being administered per company and state policiesProvide training and support to Resident Care Assistants to ensure that they are properly administering medicationsQA at the direction of the Resident Care Director of the MAR, storage, and supply of medication to ensure compliancePersonally observe administration of medications to ensure complianceEstablish and maintain a healthy working relationship with PCP, specialists, and other medical providersCommunicate with all departments about changes in residents and medical needsProvide assistance with coverage in extreme situationsAssist with ensuring Medication Assistants and Resident Care Assistants are knowledgeable of current company and state policies pertinent to their jobsAssist with resident admission, transfer, and discharge as neededWhat is required as an Assisted Living LPN Supervisor?A valid and current LPN license in the state of PennsylvaniaMust have a high school diploma or GEDMaintain CPR certificationT.E.A.M. = Together everyone accomplishes more!Why work here?
