PACU RN - Post Anesthesia Care Unit

Schedule: Day Shift - 0700 to 1930, 3x12's

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring stability and comfort.
• Administer medications and manage pain effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal postoperative care.
• Educate patients and families about recovery processes and post-anesthesia instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation throughout the recovery period.
