Responsibilities: PM shift begins between 3:00 PM–5:00 PM (start time varies by location/schedule need) Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, presentation guidelines, and chef instructions Set up, maintain, and break down assigned station for service Work efficiently during service while maintaining food quality and consistency Communicate effectively with the chef, kitchen team, servers, bartenders, support staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flow Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of station, equipment, and work areas Use kitchen equipment safely and properly Assist with prep, cleaning, and kitchen side work as needed Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations Uphold Harvest’s brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policies Assist with opening and closing duties and other side work Perform additional duties as needed to support kitchen and restaurant operations Benefits of working for Harvest: 401k with Company Match – up to 4% Match and 100% vested once eligible Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Harvest Scholarship Program Employee Referral Program Flexible Schedule Growth and Development Opportunities Seasonally-changing Menu Competitive Pay PM Line Cook - North Wales Starting at $20/hour Harvest Seasonal Grill #J-18808-Ljbffr Pho Prime, LLC
