Customer Service Representative (Aftermarket Sales Representative) Taylor Northeast is the mid-Atlantic and New England's premier dealer of forklifts, container handlers, railcar movers, industrial floor cleaning machines, and much more. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative, (Aftermarket Sales Representative) who will help grow our established forklift truck territory and expand our parts, service, rental and sales presence in the Allentown, PA market. The position requires a self-starter to further cultivate, expand, and support an established customer base through after-market sales of parts and service, while working closely with our equipment sales force and operations personnel in fulfilling demand. The ideal candidate will have after-market sales experience, be mechanically inclined, possess strong organizational skills and thrive in a team environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute market strategy Attain and or maintain desired market position with assigned territory accounts Make necessary sales and support calls, presentations, and communication of issues between corporate, retail network and customer Increase aftermarket equipment sales and profits Must be able to effectively identify, communicate and work through customer problems, issues, and opportunities Call on current as well as potential customers Develop strategic plans and work with local management to ensure growth of assigned service accounts including rental customers Consistently deliver timely follow-up with customers, managers and staff making communication a top priority Requirements Customer service is a primary personal priority Results-driven Ability to multi-task and juggle competing deadlines and priorities Excellent communication and follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in cold call sales is a plus Prior experience in parts sales is a plus Experience in material handling equipment sales is preferred Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience 401(k) with company match Health insurance (majority paid by company) Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Referral program Weekly pay schedule Taylor Northeast is proud to be a flagship member of the H&K Equipment Group, a fast-growing network of four operating companies that employs hundreds of experts at businesses located throughout the US.
