The NICU registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the safe delivery of care. The nurse will maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and will direct and supervise assigned personnel in delivering patient care.Responsibilities\n \n Provide care to NICU patients through the application of nursing processes.\n Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment within clinical practice.\n Maintain clinical competencies and pursue continuing education opportunities.\n Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.\n Direct and supervise the delivery of patient care by assigned personnel.\n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience along with prior travel experience.
