Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Job Title

Manage large commercial construction projects, mostly from the ground-up

Job Description

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and execution. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality delivery. Maintain strong client relationships throughout lifecycle. Support preconstruction through closeout phases. Build out market share across Northwest LA.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, etc. Must have construction experience in the ground-up commercial space. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders. A deep understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
