Clinical Quality Analyst

To support the medical file review process, the remote Washington Quality Analyst will manage quality audits of reports, ensure client questions are addressed, and maintain communication with clients and reviewers. Key responsibilities Review reports and medical records for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all client questions are addressed Communicate effectively with clients and reviewers to clarify any questions and provide updates on referral progress Ensure adherence to quality assurance checklists and format reports for approval Required qualifications Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting Familiarity with technology-based processes in a business environment Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines Proficient computer literacy and typing skills
