Recruiter PositionThe City of Boise is seeking an experienced recruiter to provide high-quality, professional recruitment services for positions at all levels of the organization. This role manages the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through job offer, while building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and creating a professional, welcoming candidate experience.The ideal candidate has experience managing a high volume of recruitments, including hard-to-fill positions such as skilled trades roles. They are an effective communicator with a talent for building collaborative, productive working relationships across a variety of teams while supporting a diverse range of positions.This position works under limited supervision.To ensure internal equity and alignment with the approved budget for this position, offers are made within the posted hiring range.
