• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Specialized training or demonstrable experience in addiction counseling and therapeutic techniques.

• Outstanding therapeutic and counseling skills with a strong ability to motivate and support patients on their recovery journey.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

• Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client accessibility.
