Job description: Premier Electronic Systems Manufacturer located in Sterling Heights, Michigan is seeking SMT Operators to join their growing team of manufacturing professionals. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent benefits offered upon direct hire with internal advancement opportunities available!

Shift: Sunday- Tuesday: 6:00am to 6:00pm and Wednesday: 6am to 12:30pm

- Operate SMT or AOI machines to support the production floor
- Inspect and report defective materials or questionable conditions.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines as required.
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of electronic assembly experience and/or visual inspection of PCBs required
- Ability to read and understand directions written in English
- Experience with basic hand soldering skills is highly preferred
