Role: Physical Therapist Responsibilities Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using modalities to improve mobility, self-care, and daily functioning. Administer skilled care based on physician’s orders and established care plans, including specialized programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint replacement programs. Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote recovery and independence. Qualifications & Skills Valid state license and driver’s license, dependable transportation, automobile liability insurance, and ability to drive in various weather conditions. Must wear seatbelts while driving. Key Duties Provide professional services in home settings, adhere to physician’s directives, and collaborate with the healthcare team under supervision.
