Job Description

• Help develop case strategy and advance business and commercial litigation matters.
• Research legal issues and prepare persuasive pleadings motions and briefs.
• Support discovery analyze evidence and help prepare for depositions and hearings.
• Collaborate with colleagues communicate with clients and keep assigned matters moving forward.

Qualifications

• 2 years of business litigation experience preferably in a law firm setting.
• A North Carolina or South Carolina bar license.
• Strong legal research writing analytical and organizational skills.
• An independent adaptable approach and the confidence to take initiative.
• Strong academic credentials are preferred.

• Required Years as Associate: 2
• If remote: Must reside within 75 miles of the assigned office in Greensboro Charlotte Raleigh or Wilmington NC. Not nationwide remote.
• Salary Bands (Only if attorney role): 2 to 3 yrs $185K to $205K;
• 4 to 5 yrs $205K to $225K;
• 6 yrs $225K to $245K.
