Construction Sales Representative

What You'll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of an existing customer base while continuing to grow new relationships across commercial and industrial projects. Acting as the main point of contact, you’ll handle the full pre‑sale process — from site visits and assessing field conditions to reading plans and putting together accurate take‑offs and quotes. Once the deal is closed, a strong operations team steps in to execute, allowing you to stay focused on selling and building relationships. What We're Looking For 5+ years of outside sales experience in the construction industry Strong ability to read blueprints and translate plans into scope and estimates Proven track record of building trust and managing projects from $10K to $1M+ Someone who is self‑driven, relationship‑focused, and comfortable owning a territory Why This Role Stands Out You’re walking into real opportunity, not building from zero.
