Full Time Direct Support Professional $21.49 per hour. Sun 9am-9pm, Mon 4pm-10:30p, Tue 4pm-10:30p, Wed 3pm-10:30p. This position requires someone who has had a valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit, and a clean Motor Vehicle Report that meets Sevita's insurability policy. Saginaw, MN.

What you'll bring to Sevita

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
